Tokens may be securities
Coins launched on pport may be "securities" under the laws of the United States, the European Union, or other jurisdictions. Whether a particular token is a security depends on its specific facts, and regulators have treated broadly-marketed digital assets as securities before. Nobody on this site has determined that any coin is not a security.
Not an offering
pport is experimental software, not a registered exchange, broker-dealer, alternative trading system, or investment adviser. It is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, or any other regulator. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security.
No investment advice
Nothing here is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Do not treat it as such. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of pport, or any coin launched on it, is lawful in your jurisdiction, including any obligation to register an offering or obtain a license.
Experimental and unfinished
The coins here exist only as ledger entries until Zcash Shielded Assets ship. The launchpad is custodial during a sale, refunds and payouts are manual, and there is no on-chain enforcement of the ledger. You can lose the entire value of anything you send.
Your obligations
If you deploy or sell a coin, you are responsible for your own compliance — including securities registration, disclosure, and anti-fraud obligations. pport takes no responsibility for the conduct of any deployer, buyer, or seller.
Jurisdiction
You may not use pport if doing so is prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction, or if you are a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions.
